Welcome to Pocket ID! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pocket ID mobile application (the "App"). By using Pocket ID, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App- You must be at least 13 years old to use Pocket ID.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.
- Your documents and data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to use a cloud backup feature.
- We do not access, collect, or share your personal documents without your explicit consent.

You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our Delete Account page. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
4. Intellectual Property- Pocket ID and its content (excluding your documents) are the property of Martin Tenovski and protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket ID and its creator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
